1. Fixed the issue that typing in the "Move To" value in a move project does not
respect the user's Move Rights.

2. Fixed the issue that copy/paste from Excel to the "Move To" value in a move
project does not respect the user's Move Rights.

3. Fixed the issue that typing in the "Move To" value in a move project does not
respect occupiable roomtypes.

4. Fixed the issue that copy/paste from Excel to the "Move To" value in a move
project does not respect occupiable roomtypes.

5. Fixed the issue with printing a drawing for views with no data from Publish
